อาหารเช้าที่ดูยุ่งยาก แต่จริงๆแล้วสุดจะง่ายค่ะ แนะนำว่าให้ทำ Clarify Butter ทิ้งไว้ก่อนค่ะ
ตอนเช้าจะได้ตื่นขึ้นมาแค่ตีๆซอส แล้วก็ต้มไข่ พร้อมเสิร์ฟได้เลย ถึงจะหน้าตาธรรมดา แต่รสชาติ
ของมันไม่ธรรมดาเลยนะคะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความหอมมันกลมกล่อมของซอส Hollandaise
ไข่ดาวน้ำที่ต้มสุกตามชอบ แฮมชิ้นหนา และขนมปังแผ่นนุ่มๆ

ส่วนผสมนะคะ เผื่อใครจดไม่ทัน

1.เนย 200 กรัม
2. กระเทียมสับ 1 กลีบ
3. ไข่แดงสามฟอง
4. มะนาว 1 ซีก
5 เกลือ 1 หยิบมือ

มีน้ำส้มสายชูที่ใส่ตอนต้มไข่อีกนิดหน่อยค่ะ
